Amma...

I felt sad when i heard the news of the demise of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha. I am not her fan neither i have to do anything with politics. But still as a human and as a woman i was upset.
Amma was always there as a leader as a lady politician since my childhood. She was strong and had her own personality. She was different. She was leader of masses. But now she is gone. There is emptiness feeling. I know it will go with time and things will become normal after sometime. But watching those people cry for Amma, people who loved her so much makes me feel really sad.
I pray for the people of Tamil Nadu in this moment of grief. May God give them strength and a future good leader too...

Hope makes this world go round...with no hope people will stop living life...
So, always hope and pray for the best in future...

Sleep Apnea - A sleeping and breathing disorder...

Those who go through the pain can only understand it truly...

From past few years...I am also suffering from the sleep disorder called...'Sleep Apnea'..
Like many, even me and my family didn't know anything about this sleep disorder..
When i couldn't sleep and was very tired and stressed... for few months we were clueless what was happening to me...when i started falling while standing and sleeping while eating and even blacking out between conversation...and i could not do anything about it.....it was very very painful and stressful. I consulted few doctors but they also possibly didn't knew about this disease.
Then someone told us about a doctor that could possibly understand my problem and help me...I went there told my problem and...he said you are suffering from sleep Apnea..get tested to confirm it...He told me what was the symptoms....and no one will understand the pain i was going through...i was in tears...at last there was someone who knew about my sufferings...
Finally, i got tested and i was diagnosed with critical case of sleep and breathing disorder that could lead to coma as well...
Well, its almost more than 6 years now.. i am using the CPAP machine while sleeping. Life is better now. I am trying to live life as normal as it could be...Machine is just a substitute...i still miss my carefree sound sleep...

May you all be healthy..let there be less pain...less suffering and more happiness and love in this world...
Thanks for reading...
Love you all... :)

A 'Good Night' Sleep!

After a long tiring day everyone want is a good and sound sleep. To take rest and get ready for another day. Many people are lucky to get a sound and fulfilling sleep.
Few are not that lucky, but some are really unfortunate in this matter. They suffer from a breathing disorder called Sleep Apnea -- A potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. The person can't sleep properly at night and as a result he feels tired, sleepy, depressed at day time. Sometimes the person is so sleep deprived that his brain shuts automatically for rest. It can cause serious accidents. It can be really dangerous.

There is a test that confirms Sleep Apnea. A CPAP Machine that helps proper breathing at night so that the person suffering can get a "good night" sleep. After getting some sleep the patient feels better. But he or she will have to use the CPAP machine with mask always to get proper sleep and rest.

Fact:-
Sleep apnea is a condition that causes brief, repeated pauses in breathing throughout the night. In addition to affecting your slumber, sleep apnea can threaten your heart health. Sleep apnea is a risk factor for high blood pressure, which raises the risk of both heart attacks and strokes. Sleep apnea also is more common in people who are obese.
